They offer several advantages, including a smaller, more family-like environment and the ability for a talented individual to grow. GlassFarm Placement Services, LLC also thinks it is vital to remain current in our knowledge of what is going on in the Recruiting Industry. Both Principals are on the Board of SCAPS, the South Carolina Association of Personnel Services, and members of NAPS, the National Association of Personnel Services. We also attend at least two recruiting conferences a year and maintain relationships with other recruiting agencies. In addition, GlassFarm Placement Services, LLC feels it is vital to remain knowledgeable of current employment laws. It is also necessary to hold ourselves to the highest moral and ethical standards. Therefore, both Principals are a CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant). This is an extensive exam covering employment laws and ethics in the recruiting industry. You must be in the industry at least 2 years in order to sit for the exam. You must also keep continuing education in order to keep this valuable certification. All future GlassFarm employees with also get this certification. |
