We have a solid, tried and true process.  Our submissions consists of only quality, prescreened candidates.  We email resumes with complete cover letters outlining how the candidate fits the job, summarize the years of experience and even bring possible issues to the forefront.  We will cover any and all items that you would like addressed.  If the candidate is not local, it is customary for the client to conduct the preliminary interview over the phone.  We will confirm with all parties to make sure there are no conflicts in either the candidate or client schedule.  Set up the second face to face interview, extend and negotiate the offer, help the new hire get settled and follow up after the sale.  We do whatever it takes to make the search, interviewing and hiring process easier for you!
