Placement Services, LLC is an active member of SCAPS, the South Carolina Association of Personnel Services and an
affiliate member of NAPS, the National Association of Personnel Services. SCAPS is a business, education and
networking organization for Temporary and Direct Hire Agencies in South Carolina. All members are held to the NAPS and SCAPS Code of Ethics, the highest standard
of ethics in the recruiting industry. In
order to do Direct Hire placements in South Carolina, you must also be licensed with the
Secretary of State’s Office. SCAPS
offers educational luncheons, and semi-annual conferences, and networking meetings to its
members. Currently, Jennifer
Glasser, CPC is 2nd Vice President of SCAPS, and Lenley
Farmer, CPC is the Educational Chairman.

Placement Services, LLC are Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC). The CPC certification shows a commitment to
providing the best service by being knowledgeable on the latest employment laws and cases,
following the standards in the recruiting industry, and adhering
to the highest morals and ethics. The 4-hour
exam covers all these topics. In order to qualify, you must have 2 years of
verifiable experience in the placement industry. In order to keep your certification, you must also complete
50 hours of continuing education every three years.
